Mil Wine Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players' Guide to Platform Rules

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the mil wine platform, including the website at milwine.com, the mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by mil wine and these Terms govern the entire relationship between you as a registered user ("Player") and mil wine.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are uncertain about any provision, please contact our support team before using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). Where there is any ambiguity, the plain meaning of the English text as understood by a Pakistani reader shall apply. Mil wine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updated terms will be published on this page and your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the mil wine Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Mil wine is an adult entertainment platform and access by persons under 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You are registering and playing as an individual for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or business.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mil wine or had an account closed by mil wine for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent of another person for the purposes of gambling or gaming.
• You are using your own funds for deposits and you are not depositing funds that represent proceeds of crime.

Mil wine conducts age verification on all accounts. Where verification documents are requested, you are required to submit them promptly. Accounts belonging to players found to be under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds in the account handled in accordance with applicable procedures. Providing false information during registration — including about your age — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on mil wine. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method or device — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, a Pakistan-based mobile number and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Mil wine is not responsible for issues arising from outdated account information.

Your account credentials — your username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Mil wine will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is the player's failure to secure their credentials.

• One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately via live chat or support email.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person.

Mil wine may require identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or where unusual activity is detected. You must cooperate fully with any verification request. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mil wine accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources — accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account within two to three minutes of authorisation.
• Bank transfers and Raast deposits are subject to processing times of the sending institution.
• Mil wine does not apply platform-side conversion fees. PKR deposited equals PKR credited to your account.
• Deposits made in error may not be reversible once funds have been credited to your gaming account.

Mil wine reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where there is reason to verify the origin of deposited funds. This is a standard player protection and anti-money laundering measure, not a reflection of any suspicion about individual players.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If your deposit method is not available for withdrawals, you will be directed to an approved alternative. Withdrawals are only made to accounts in your own name matching your verified account details.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days depending on the method selected.
• VIP members at higher tiers receive priority withdrawal processing, meaning requests are handled ahead of the standard queue.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• Mil wine reserves the right to perform additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds where unusual activity is detected.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified of the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a mismatch between account details and the nominated payment method. Rectify the identified issue and resubmit your withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Mil wine offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. These general bonus terms apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When a bonus is active, placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit per spin or round may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse: Mil wine reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting or exploitation of offer terms — is identified.

Players may opt out of a bonus at any time by contacting support, but any winnings generated while the bonus was active may be adjusted or removed upon opt-out depending on the stage of wagering completion. Bonuses are offered at mil wine's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mil wine are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport involved. For sports betting — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and Esports — bets are settled in accordance with the rules displayed in the Betting section of the Platform. For casino games including live dealer tables, the rules of each game apply as presented during play.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of placement. Odds fluctuate in real time; the odds accepted at confirmation are the odds that apply to settlement.
• Mil wine reserves the right to void bets where a result is subject to an official reversal by the governing body of the relevant sport, where a technical error has affected odds display, or where there is clear evidence of a pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical play in a real studio environment. Virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Mil wine has no mechanism to influence game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in game software to gain an unfair advantage will result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.

For slot games, each title's paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility information is available within the game itself. Bingo room rules, including prize structures and game schedules, are displayed within each bingo room before entry.

8 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Mil wine operates as a fair entertainment platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the Platform outside of normal player use.
• Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play across multiple accounts or any form of bonus abuse.
• Collusion in card games or any form of match-fixing, in-play betting on pre-arranged outcomes or any corrupt activity relating to sporting events wagered on through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract data or software from the Platform.
• Any conduct intended to defraud mil wine, other players or payment providers.

Mil wine uses automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, mil wine will act without prior notice and is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

9 Privacy & Data

Mil wine collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and general platform operation. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the mil wine Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used for account management, verification, transaction processing and customer support.
• Mil wine does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast partners) strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you by contacting support.
• Data submitted during verification is retained as required by platform policies and in line with our operating obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

Mil wine is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is entertainment for adults and should be treated as such — not as a source of income or a way to recover losses. Mil wine provides a range of self-management tools available to all players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set.

11 Limitation of Liability

Mil wine provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may affect availability from time to time.

• Mil wine is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, network outages or interruptions outside of our direct control during live play or bet placement.
• Mil wine is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or for activity on an account where the player has shared their login details.
• Where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or incorrect credits, mil wine reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not considered legitimate winnings.
• Mil wine's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by mil wine's negligence. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

Mil wine reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For material changes, mil wine will endeavour to notify players via account notification or email where contact details are available.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated provisions, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support. These Terms are governed by the operating principles of mil wine and any disputes will be handled through the Platform's internal complaints process in the first instance.
